Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within 2 or 3 days.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. It is helpful if you can include an image where necessary of the item, for a more accurate answer to be given. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order then this must be done within 14 days of placing the order. If you recieve it before these 14 days and wish to cancel it then please contact us within 7 days of recieving the item to cancel.
Once you have cancelled an order we will return your payment within 2 - 10 days and where required you will be contacted with the procedure to return the goods.
Shipping
Our standard delivery cost for UK Mainland residents is £5.49 for 5 - 10 days delivery. Our express option is £9.99 for 1-2 day delivery. The couriers we use are UK Mail and Royal Mail, depending on the size of your item. You will receive an email containing the shipping information and tracking number, however this is an automated email which may be sent before your item is dispatched. The tracking provided will still be the same if your item is sent after the email is received.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
