The Wheelbarrow Booster is an innovative, new must-have accessory for the gardener/landscaper/equestrian. Designed to fit most gardeners/builders type wheelbarrows , to carry often light-weight, but bulky garden waste e.g. grass/hedge trimmings, leaves, pruning, cleared vegetation. Not forgetting hay, shavings etc. around the stables.

Having a 340mm durable wipe-clean body, and held secure to the rim by a heavy-duty 125mm elastic skirt, this device is a must, normally saving two trips out of three at a stroke!

It is for ANYONE who regularly has to wheel more than one barrow-load to the dump in any single gardening session.. Even if you only usually make a couple of trips. Why would you want to wheel the barrow twice, when you can do it one go with a Booster!!

Also, make no mistake, the 'Booster is NOT a 'bag' within a barrow; it makes full use of the whole of the barrow itself, then 'boosts' this original capacity to as much as 300%. Do not be fooled into thinking a general 'garden bag' in your barrow is just as good. It isn't - by a long way!

Once filled, wheel the load to its destination, raise the device up and away from the barrow, then tip the contents in the normal fashion. After which, simply refit the 'Booster ready to be filled once again.

Unlike some accessories, the 'Booster has a very short down time. It has uses Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. As all gardeners know - there’s never 'nothing to do' in the garden! It will even carry small logs for your fire!

Instructions

The Booster is designed to attach to most regular garden wheelbarrows. If yours has handles that are tight against the rear of the pan, then a Booster is unsuitable for this design, and will not fit properly.

The following instructions are to be taken as a guide only. Some users may find another method which suits them better. It has emerged that working from the rear of the barrow works well as one option.

Open out the loop of the body, and loosely fit it over and around the rim of the barrow. Note: there is no 'front' nor 'rear' to the device, therefore there is no 'wrong way round' to be concerned about.

Notice how the elastic skirt and lower body are well below the rim at this stage.

Now, working around the barrow, carefully pull the body of the booster upwards until the elastic skirt seam just appears over the top of the rim all around

The key point is to have the seam just above the lip all around the rim of the pan. Notice how the elastic seam is now just above the rim.

The Booster is now ready for use.

As this is a universal device, and not all barrows are the same pan size, users may find it takes slightly more effort to fit to some barrows than others. Nevertheless, the device, if fitted correctly will be held firm during use, and increase the barrows capacity by as much as 300%.

Please note; Once at the tipping area, it is intended that the Booster be removed by lifting it up and away from the barrow prior to tipping. It is possible to tip the barrow without removal of the Booster, but it will almost certainly detach with the load. It would then be retrieved and refit ready for use again. This is seen as a small inconvenience when set against the huge amount of time and effort saved in transporting the increased amount of material in a single trip.
