UK Delivery

Delivery charges for orders of £15 or above, are at a reduced cost of £4.49
For orders under £15, delivery charge is at full cost- £7.99

Delivery should be received in 1-5 working days.

We will be happy to deliver anywhere. For shipping costs please contact us as postage and packing prices vary as to which country they are being posted to.

Return and refunds

As I am confident that you will like our products I can guarantee your satisfaction.

      If for any reason you are not happy with our products when you receive them please email me.

Plants from Zion will refund the amount paid for your order (including the original delivery) on receipt of the goods back at our factory within ten days of our dispatch. There will be a  5% handling charge for this.

RERETURNS: within 60 days of your receipt of product .

REREFUNDS: I can replace your item if our stock levels allow or refund you – if you wish.

We will not pay return delivery costs.
We will issue a full refund if there is a proven manufacturing defect – the refund being on the defective product only.

Post and packaging

I      Items are packed for posting as soon as we have confirmation from the relevant company of payment.

       Post and packaging prices vary as to which country they are being posted to.

A     All our items are very well packaged and breakages in the post are extremely rare.

We always obtain a Certificate of Posting at the time of posting.

Data protection

       Any personal or otherwise information/data that you give as part of the sale/purchase is kept for delivery/postage of item and for accounting purposes only. I do not share, give nor sell any information that you give me to any other company or business, and will not use your contact details if you do not wish me to.

All your payment details are on Paypal Page. All of your transactions are performed on Paypal's secured pages.
